Boy’s Room

This boy’s room received the full treatment. He needed plenty of storage along with a place to do homework, play with legos and draw. He also wanted a bigger bed so he could cuddle with his 100lb furry best friend.

It was a lot to try to fit into a small bedroom but somehow we made it all work. The queen size platform bed has four large storage drawers. A custom headboard was added to give the bed a more finished look and added comfort for bedtime reading. Floating shelves and accompanying nightstand were created with extra wood from the custom built in.

A motorized roman shade was added to keep the look clean and easy. No cords to get in the way and it eliminated the concerns of having to reach over the desk every day to lift and lower.
