Our clients tiny powder room had so much potential. Small spaces provide the opportunity to make something really special happen.

In this case, we felt that both the sink and the mirror were the ideal size and shape for the room. Instead of replacing those items, we modified them. We removed the floating vanity that was attached to the sink and replaced the PVC pipes with stainless steel piping that we first painted with a matte black metal paint. We used another metal paint product to turn the chrome mirror brass.

New floors, sink hardware and commode were installed. Schumacher wallpaper was placed on all the walls and ceiling areas. A new sconces were added and a backsplash was constructed utilizing extra subway tile from another project in the house.
